To strengthen your capacity as a manager of school operations, we are asking cohort members to utilize a guided worksheet from the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools. This exercise will help you and your participating team engage in a reflective and investigative process to better understand your school’s current practices in regard to managing cost. Please download, read and discuss the Benchmark Guideline in order to them complete the Benchmark 10.4 Worksheet. All the links are provided below. Please have the completed Worksheet handy for the January 13th workshop.
