- Understand the importance of finding useful “information” from your data – to create better plans.
- Recognize the importance of enrollment data, payment data and assistance data and their unique relationship.
- Know, understand and plan for the “gap”. What numbers must you have? (GAP = Real Cost – (Real dollars collected plus in kind assistance.))
- Recognize relative predicting is possible with good data.
